Online Texas Hold Em Rules
In Online Texas Hold Em, like in the offline version, each player receives 2 pocket cards. This type of poker game is played with a standard 52-card deck. The game of Online Texas Hold Em continues with a total of 5 community cards face up, first 3, then 1 after the other like between each deal there is a round of betting. Online Texas Hold Em game is played with 2 to 11 people. The first two players after the dealer are called blinds - big and small. The small blind is posted by the first Texas Hold Em game player and the big blind by the second. They make the blind bets like the player, which seats after the dealer pays the big blind, either calling the big blind or raising the stakes. This act continues around the Texas Hold Em table until the pot is right. This round of betting is known as "Pre-Flop". Then the dealer flips over three cards in the center of the table - these are community cards, which are also called "The Flop". Now the second round of betting begins with the first Online Texas Hold Em player on the dealer's left. When the betting finishes and the pot is right, the dealer turns over another card, which known as The Turn Card or "Fourth Street". The next betting round starts - the player to left of the dealer again first to act. When the round of betting is over and the pot is right, the dealer flips the last card, which is called The River Card or "Fifth Street". After this action, the final round of betting follows. Often then not the field has been thinned by the time you get to the river card in Texas Hold Em. Many times the pot is decided before the river, as there are no Texas Hold Em players left who want to call the raiser. If the pot is contested all the way down to the river, the remaining Texas Hold Em players flip their cards over. The player with the best final hand, using his or her pocket cards and all the community cards, is the winner.
